What Makes Time so Magical? Does It Really Heal? How is this possible? How much time does it take to heal?…
In the space that time creates, healing can happen, just like magic, by consciously using the Law of Attraction! The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law that gives you the ability to attract into your life whatever you are focusing on.
When you stop resisting what’s happening in the moment and allow everything to be perfect the way it is, you become open to the unlimited abundance of the Universe and many new possibilities for healing. Your awareness of all the inspired actions you can take to help you heal will become crystal clear.
As you accept what is creating an imbalance of wellbeing in your life and monitor your thoughts and feelings about it, you can start to speed up the process of healing! The more you shift your thoughts from a lack of well being to what feels good right now, you will bring more of what feels good into your life. That’s how the Law of Attraction works.
When you are focused on feeling better, you forget about how long it will take to heal, time does its magic and you find yourself enjoying the abundance of health and well being that was yours all along!
While you are focusing on your wellbeing, at some point, you will simply arrive there! This creates the most personally empowering experience, filling you with so much JOY and Gratitude!
Isn’t all of life like this? You want something, it becomes your intention, prayer and goal, you commit to it with all our heart and being, then while you are busy focusing on being there…POOF!!…you arrive! You are living the blessings of your heart’s desires! This is exactly how the Law Of Attraction works.
What can you do to speed up the process of healing? Here are six steps that will help you:
It is essential to be crystal clear about exactly what you want, why you want it and how you want to feel. To make it even more powerful, write this down so you can refer to it throughout the day.
Do whatever it takes to pivot your thoughts and hold your focus on where you want to be each moment throughout the day. It takes practice and the power of your intention to make these new thoughts an automatic response to whatever you are feeling and experiencing in the moment.
See yourself having the health and wellbeing you want and imagine how that will look and feel. Our thoughts and feelings are so powerful!
Enjoy the journey. Flow with the process of getting there and savor every moment. You get to choose how you respond to your own unique healing experience.
What you learn along the way is just as important as being there. Celebrate every Amazing step of the way.
Allow it to take as long as it needs to take. “Time is the magical space where healing takes place.” – Nada
Is time magic? Does it heal? What do you think? I would love to hear about your experience and how the Magical Space of Time has helped heal you and your life!

How to Use the Law of Attraction to Create Successful Sleep!

Do you struggle to get the sleep you need? Or sometimes, do you overindulge in too much sleep? In this fast-paced world, it is challenging to find a healthy balance. Have you ever gone to bed only to toss and turn all night as your mind plays old reruns or new worries? When this happens, your mind can get stuck in perpetual overload with more information to store, process and remember as you try to relax and go to sleep. Have you ever been so caught up in what you are doing that you forget to go to bed until you are so tired that you fall asleep before you get there? Unsuccessful sleep is way too familiar to most of us. It affects our health, well being, relationships, family, careers and every other part of our lives.
So what is successful sleep?
Successful sleep is when you go to bed comfortably tired, fall asleep effortlessly and easily, waking up feeling refreshed and renewed.
How can you return to successful sleep?
It is easier than you think! The Law of Attraction can help you create whatever you focus on. First of all, you must be crystal clear about what you want. When you think about having unsuccessful sleep, guess what, that is what you get more of. But if you keep returning your thoughts and especially your feelings to how wonderful you feel when you do get the perfect amount of rest, by the Law of Attraction, it has to happen! It’s a Universal Law, just like gravity.
Because we are so conditioned to the thoughts and feelings that are dominant in the world we live in, you may have believed that there is some complex methodology to have a more successful sleep. With practice, focus and a strong commitment you will succeed at changing that conditioning. Before you know it, you will be experiencing successful sleep on a regular basis!
Here are a few tools you can use to help you:
1. Accept where you are at right now and allow the changes to occur naturally, with a perfect love for yourself each step of the way.
2. Script out how you know you will feel when you get the perfect amount of rest as if it has already happened. Read this daily and add to it as needed. If you are comfortable, read it out loud to yourself for more powerful results.
3. Throughout the day, think the thought “Wouldn’t I Be Nice If… ” and add good feeling thoughts about how wonderful it will be when you are getting more successful sleep and what you will be able to accomplish. When you continue this for at least 68 seconds, you allow your mind to really grasp it and allow the changes to begin. Speaking it out loud with passion and excitement will also add more power to the process.
4. Intend to get to bed at the perfect time for you. Leave all your worries and concerns in the bathroom as you prepare for bed and promise them that you will tend to them tomorrow. Write them down if that helps you let go of them for the night. Turn them over to your Divine Self, God, your Source, the Universe to take care of tomorrow. Do whatever works for you and feels good and natural.
5. Go to sleep with a heart full of gratitude for all your blessings and especially for effortless, easy and successful sleep.
If using any of these tools feels uncomfortable, think the thought “I am in the process of…”, and add how you are working on creating more successful sleep, thinking about how you know you are going to feel. Feel the truth of your words in your heart.
As with any improvement you are trying to make in your life, be gentle with yourself when you lose your focus and fall back into old patterns. Lovingly accept this when it happens and gratefully return to your preferred thoughts and feelings about successful sleep!
Good luck with this!!! Know that you are not alone and it will be worth all your effort!!!

FREE TO BE ME!!!

If you are a habitual people pleaser, like I have been, it is probably hard to feel personally empowered, free to be yourself, or happy, joyful, peaceful and loving. Instead, it can make you feel unempowered, imprisoned, stressed, anxious, codependent and victimized.
Over time, this habit can become a big part of your identity and make you lose sight of who you really are. You may not even realize that you are being a people pleaser because it is the only way you know how to be. As others pick up on this, you find yourself allowing them to use you. Then you become a victim of their desires.
As you choose to put your wants and needs last, you begin to resent that you are always making everyone else happy by sacrificing your own needs. This can make you feel like you are very good at making peace, but not good at feeling so peaceful within yourself. You deny yourself having good feelings so that others can have them. You may start to feel like you are the martyr and suffering in silence as you try to borrow some of the good feelings you are so freely giving away to others.
What makes you do this? Don’t you matter as much as they do? Where did this come from?
I know that I learned this from my mother. As I grew up, my mother’s model of being perfect to make others happy taught me how to please others by putting them first. Over time, with repetition and practice, I became just like her.
As soon as I became aware that I was a people pleaser, I made a conscious decision to change this habit. The choice I made to be a model of thriving while being personally empowered and uplifting others from my position of strength, clarity, and alignment has become such a rich blessing. It has made me Free To Be Me.
If you feel like you have been leaving yourself behind and putting others needs and wants first, I invite you to freely choose to BE YOU too, right now, by putting your dominant hand over your heart and promising yourself that from this moment forward you will take whatever steps you are inspired to take to thrive, become personally empowered from a position of strength, clarity, and alignment. This conscious decision alone will help you shift your present course to help you open up to the path to your freedom.
Then to reinforce this conscious choice, practice these simple steps every day:
Take time to follow your heart every moment of every day by making decisions based on what feels best to you, no matter what others say or do.
Just pause, breathe and relax.
Allow the best answer/direction for you to come into your mind.
When you are ready, take action based on how you feel, guided by your heart, soul, and higher self.
Check-in with yourself to see how you are feeling about continuing to move in the direction you choose. Sometimes it only takes a small adjustment to make all the difference in feeling totally comfortable and free.
As you feel inspired, make any adjustments in the direction you are moving. You can change your path whenever you want. No decision is ever set in cement.
Have Fun! Just Enjoy Experiencing and Experimenting with what works best for You!
With diligent practice and the power of your intention, before you know it, you will be living free, being who you truly are with everyone and under any and all circumstances.

What is the Truth about Vulnerability?
- Published on Monday, 17 June 2019 16:01

Is there more to vulnerability than meets the eye? Does being vulnerable mean you are weak or strong? What is really behind the ability to openly show up as your true self?
The Urban Dictionary tells us being vulnerable is :
“Someone who is completely and rawly open, unguarded with their heart, mind, and soul. Being vulnerable happens when you trust completely…”
Dictionary.com describes weakness as:
“the state or quality of being weak; lack of strength, firmness, vigor, or the like; feebleness. an inadequate or defective quality, as in a person’s character; slight fault or defect…”
What does it mean to be strong? The Urban Dictionary says it means:
“someone who comes off as confident, someone who is comfortable in their own skin, someone who can take on the world…”
It depends on your perspective and your experience what is true for you. I used to believe that being vulnerable was a sign of weakness and had shut myself down to all the amazing possibilities that vulnerability could hold.
Now I believe that it takes someone deeply rooted and confident in their own truth to be vulnerable enough to openly show up and own all of themselves, even their imperfections. They are able to empower others by their own humanness. And doing that takes unshakable strength.
Over the years I have found that it was the teachers and people in my life who openly showed me their true selves that made the biggest impact on me and helped me to believe in myself and my own personal power. They instilled in me the ability to fearlessly step into my passion and live my purpose by being willing to be myself.
As a teacher and mentor, now I am better able to empower my students by just being who I am, totally comfortable in my own skin. In fact, the more vulnerable I am, the stronger they get and the more everyone begins to have Fun.
Quite naturally, I will often find it humorous when I am being myself in the moment and just have to laugh. This has such a far-reaching effect and helps others relax, release their resistance to being authentic and start enjoying themselves more. As I openly show them my true self, they are better able to appreciate their uniqueness, believe in themselves and their own personal power.
What can you do to become skilled at being more vulnerable and strong with yourself and others? I have created the following list of some essential habits that I practice every day. And I know that they will help you too.
How to Empower yourself and others by being Strong and Vulnerable at the same time:
Connect to your value as a unique person. You are valuable just as you are. Your value comes from your own uniqueness.
Follow Your own Heart. It is your life, your path, your journey so consciously choose what you want to do every step of the way.
Believe in your own truths. Be willing to discover what is true for you and then live accordingly.
Be true to yourself. Be your own best friend.
Laugh at yourself and your own humanness. Relax and have more fun no matter what anyone else thinks.
Allow others to be who they are and follow their own path. You are not responsible for them, so give them the freedom to be themselves.
Embrace the differences you have with others. Choose to learn and grow from them.
Celebrate the incredible opportunity to Just BE YOU! Enjoy the personal freedom that comes from being Strong and Vulnerable.
The more you practice these on a daily basis, you will begin to experience a stronger connection with your own personal power. By being willing to be real, you can more easily and fearlessly step into living your passion and your purpose. Your ability to help influence others to do the same will be a direct result of your efforts to free yourself. The more vulnerable you allow yourself to be, the more opportunity you give others to be stronger in their own vulnerability. And everyone ends up having more Fun.
