As we all know. 2020 has been a crazy year, but for me, it has also been a year of wonder. One of the main reasons for that was my decision in late February to go for the Light Body Course led by Nada Howarth. It has been a fantastic journey, with new vistas either opening for the first time or consolidating each and every week. I must honestly say that at each stage it felt at first like I was just imagining things. After all, this is all about subtle energies, and when I say subtle, I really mean subtle, not at all easy to get hold of. And I have a body bombarding me all the time with far coarser and stronger energies of pain, unrest, and sleeplessness. No wonder I had to use my imagination. But that is OK, in fact, Orin and DaBen (our spiritual guides on our Light body journey) encourage us to be imaginative, play with it and not be concerned about whether what we experience is right or wrong, just enjoy whatever comes up for you. There are also extensive Q&A parts in the written material, and of course, you can ask Nada any question you might have.

Well, what have I gained from this course? To put it paradoxically, I have learned explicitly some tiny parts of what I have always known implicitly: who I really am. And what could be more important than that? I feel I have a lot more to learn, so I shall follow the course this year too. Also, I want to continue the contact with Nada and the other participants, and maybe be of some assistance to you. who decide to join the family. Yes, this is not just a course, this is family! Our love for one another only deepens as the weeks go by, and I know you will feel the same. So when Nada says she loves you all, it is not empty words, she really means it. I don’t think you could find a more caring, loving, dedicated teacher, guide, and co-worker. Yes, I said co-worker, for it you are at all considering to join, you are already a light-worker, and we light-workers need each other’s support in our great mission in what may be the most important transition in all human history! We were all chosen to be born into this time to make our contributions in whatever capacity each of us possesses. That is an encouraging thought in the middle of the turmoil surrounding us!

By the way, if you are doing any other spiritual course or practice, this course will only enhance your other activities, you will experience a powerful synergy effect. I know, from experience.

I have had the honor of knowing Nada Howarth since 2012. That year I was going through the Quantum Success Coaching Academy (QSCA), founded by Christy Whitman, to become a certified Law of Attraction Life Coach. Nada had graduated from the same program the year before and was a very dedicated member and mentor in our QSCA community. In 2013, after graduating from the QSCA, I started to Awaken Your Light Body course with Christy Whitman. Nada had graduated from the Light Body course the year before and was holding space for the new students as a graduate during my first year of Light Body. You become part of the amazing community of like-minded, like-hearted people, working towards the common goal – brining more love, light and healing into the world. You become part of the Light Body family, the family that always welcomes you back with open arms. After graduating from the Light Body course in 2014, I’ve come back every year to hold space for the new students as a graduate. I was so very excited when Nada starting teaching the Light Body course two years ago. Nada is a fantastic teacher. Her passion and love for this work are palpable. Her joyous smile and laughter light up the screen. Her wisdom and humbleness soothe your soul. Nada cares deeply for each student and graduate and takes the time to warmly greet everyone at the beginning of each class. Nada’s ability to tap into the energy and read the energy are awe-inspiring. I leave each class with Nada feeling uplifted and inspired, with lots of beautiful insights. Being part of the Light Body course for the last 7 years has been a life-changing experience for me. I’ve become attuned to energy in general and have amplified my own energy. This has beautifully enhanced my work as a massage therapist – my massage clients often comment on the powerful energetic aspect of my work. There’s so much more ease in my life now – where I used to muscle through different life situations with my mind, I now let my heart, intuition and soul lead the way. I am better able to see the bigger picture and trust the Divine order of things. My life is also a lot simpler now. I love savoring the simple pleasures life has to offer, and I am a much happier, healthier and more grounded person. Coming back as a graduate to hold the space for the new students in the Light Body course each year is one of the ways I practice commitment to my spiritual growth and self-care as well as to the transformation and healing of our world. The course provides a great structure throughout the year – all I have to do is show up. I started my Light Body journey with Nada one year ago. I went through QSCA and became a Law of Attraction Certified Coach five years ago, and always knew I would eventually enroll in the Light Body class. I remembered seeing and hearing Nada on video clips I watched over the last few years, and I was always drawn to her peaceful disposition. So I enrolled in the course that Nada was teaching, and I just trusted that learning Light Body was the right next step on my personal, spiritual path. As an instructor, I find Nada to be funny and warm, and just a lovely human being. During Light Body class, Nada sets up a place for expansion, and your soul somehow naturally follows. You can’t help but expand. Nada brings the Light!

For the past several years, I, as many others, have been on a journey of personal and spiritual awakening. I have done much meditation, read numerous books, practiced the law of attraction, experienced plant medicine journeys, hugged and loved my inner child, and had numerous chats with my sub-personalities. I did make substantial progress in my development, then I reach a plateau.
I was given the Light Body course as a gift. Throughout the course, Nada Howarth was the facilitator. Without her intuitive, spiritual, and empathetic guidance I would not have grown as I did. She was always graciously available to help with all questions whether they be of self-doubt or questions of spiritual progress and to offer loving encouragement.
That was two years ago. Since that time I do meditations from the course once or twice a day. Each re-experiencing of them leads me further along my spiritual path.

I have known Nada, my Master Heart sister since April 2015, when both Nada and I were very closely working together as a result of taking an Energy Mindfulness For Awakening Consciousness course together.
Before that, I have known Nada when she was a mentor, a teacher, and a background support team with QSCA.

While I love ALL the Light Body Classes I have taken, "Expanded" was truly a game-changer for me. I found the energy of these meditations to be so gentle and easily accessible, yet also capable of propelling me to new heights. As I progressed through the Expanded classes, I found myself navigating challenges in my life with greater ease. My ability to shift situations and mindsets using energy became enhanced, and I could zoom out to a higher/wiser perspective more often. I was able to release resistance more quickly and easily.
